Chinese Movies Vs Korean Movies

I prefer Japanese for Plot, and depth. Korean for directing. Chinese for realism.

 

swt korean movies are juz into comedies.. nice n sweet.. but some are really stupid n lame
HOngkong movies on gangsterism/triads are still d best ever.. inferno affairs, young n dangerous, jiang hu... etc.. Nobody else has beaten their story plots so far.. Even american filmin companies praise inferno affairs..juz superb..
And now, so many copycats.. But at least koreans turned them into comedies like marrying the mafia etc.
I think they both score well equally.. a change of taste makes life more interesting..
I reckon the worst shit is HOLLYWOOD FILMS.. i'm so bloody done wid them.. stupid movies like mi3.. plain old stupid stuff.. bcoz they're richer, and english spoken and have more money in promoting/film production, they score better than korean/chinese movies. But d fact is.. hollywood films are shit.. Almost all... Unlikes those many years ago which i still love them now.

Now a day a lot of people are watching Korean movies compared to ones made in HK. Movies wise....not series

 

korean movies are much slower pace IMO but i know more and more ppl are into it now

Korean movies are mostly just on romance
chinese movies have all sorts but comedies are ok
korean comedies are not bad too

 

I prefer Korean Ones. There are usually more interesting than the Chinese Ones nowadays. ChinesE Movies back then were much better, by now, the creativity is failing. It's like they are all revolving around the same plot. Korean are more original compared to the Chinese ones~

 

yea i think korean movies are so much better...now a days the chinese movies like make no sense...sigh

Korean Movies have good Romances and some great Comedies.

But Chinese/HK movies are better action movies and something to watch if you want outrageous

i reckon i watch hk movies mostly for the actors in it and not really the story. Most hk movies are really similar now, especially the romantic comedy and gangster movies. idon't watch many korean movies but the one's i have watched, namely my sassy girl and my tutor friend^^ are great.

 

I agree. hk movies are all about laughs, sometimes the scenes get really dumb. on the other hand, korean movies make ppl cry!

I prefer Korean movies, they're better if you talk about the quality. It seems they took more time out to make the movies while Chinese (HK) movies are just fast scene after scene.

 

i prefer korean movies over chinese movies even through i'm chinese. korean movies are more meaningful and fun to watch. chinese movies kind of all have the same plot and are mostly action movies that are lame.

 

for movies, CHINESE!!!!
i don't like watching Korean movies, but IF comparing from series, i like Korean series better.
but actually, i would prefer hk dramas maybe abit more better than k-dramas.
