low quality populace is why these things happen. because amazingly it is effective. dont blame foreigner or even the high class exploiter Chinese. its the low class that are amazed to see a foreigner so this tactic is used. stop being so low class and we can save face. till then, many will have serious issues associated with mainland. sorry, truth is truth.
