    there are so many good delicious chinese snacks out there!! love roasted chestnuts!! its considered a chn snack right?

    you pick all the layers off -shock....but thats the greatness in it as well >.<.....my sis does that as well...

    I'm not really fond of lo por beng, but if you ofer me a freshly made one I won't mind eating it, witout the skin layers that is. :p

    Never heard of lo kung beng...guess it's some variation of lo por beng?

    really.....yeh i heard it in HK and used in tVB programmes...mebe ah wong.....i dunno....but yeh....theres lo kung beng nows as well......


    noways no skin....not as nice wor......but speaking of fresh stuff.....i love fresh daan tarts -drool

    ^yea, I really like daan tarts. I like all dim sum when I go yum cha with my parents.

    guess it all boils down to eating in moderation. But once I start on those snacks, I can never stop chomping til it's all gone!! LOL

    Just show the lable that says "Made in *anywhere but PRC*"

    Like bubble tea : I heard theyre made from trees!
    sichuan food - secondhand oil or garbage oil...

    Blah china is 100% crazy... Everyday u turn on the hong kong news, something wacky from china

    ^ But then, by personal experience, some of the things reported in the news are true!! I've personally seen how some of the preserved meat is made, and it's really turned me off! Moral of the story is, close not one, but both eyes while enjoying your favourite food! What you don't know won't hurt you. LOL
