    Nice. I met Jackie Chan once, it was in Toronto but it was during 1997.

    met a couple, know a couple. I consider myself lucky and find it weird how not all people know a celebrity through a friend or such when I know a fair few in person. Guess different social groups.

    I used to live in Malaysia and I saw ekin Cheng and george lam before in a film shooting, quite short in person.
    Saw Bosco wong in midvalley, was surprised he's actually tall.
    Saw another whole bunch of TVB artists in an event in my hometown, forgot what drama it was. There was Nancy Sit and Ma Dak Chung, there was a quite a few of them but I didn't know their names hahaha

    I had dinner with Law Lan a couple of years ago; she plays "Lung Pau" in those scary movies. My mom met her and Lee Heung Kum in HK through a good friend. They are fans of Cantonese opera. When Law Lan was travelling through CA she stopped by my hometown and had dinner with us. She is a very sweet and warm person. Very friendly.

    even though this thread is somewhat old.. and i wasn't the one bumping this thread.. might as well reply :)

    I've saw Fiona Sit on the streets. That's it i think. Few celebs went to Toronto.. but i was too lazy to go and see them. Like GEM, Bosco, Kevin Cheng. I woulda went if i was an Ella fan earlier.. cuz i missed her coming to Toronto!!
