Don't have to follow everything right? You can always try to be creative.
Replace ketchup with lemon, or maybe fresh tomato and the way of cooking as well.

thanks for sharing that recipe. i didn't know there was such a thing call coke chicken...i only know that my cousin marinate her chicken wings with coke along with soya sauce, oyster sauce. i think that's it.

 

well coke chicken is like i think good for a snack, cause it's coke, and it'd be weird to ahve it as a main meal(at least not for me)

i remember this family friend made it, she put the chicken in coke, it covered it in the pot and just boiled it, no seasoning or nothing.... until it evaporated.... coke chicken.... have to say rather sweet thoguh
