Don't blame the American culture. American don't go out and say I want to have sex with a underage virgin. I doubt for American it's that important to have to have a virgin as it is with the asian mentality. Americans definitely don't have the culture to have sex with underage kids or else there wouldn't be any laws forbidding it. It's not to say America doesn't have either problem, but it's just wrong to blame the society. Obviously this person has issues and I hope he learns from it.
I'm also wondering why people are blaming the american culture. Sex with underage virgin doesn't happen only in America, look anywhere around the world and you'll find people willing to have sex with young kids. correct me if I'm wrong but theres nothing in America that condons or promote sex with minors.
Reading is difficult for some people... Not all of us just blamed the american culture for this guy's behaviour! He's a HK fella who went to the US for his study and comes back in HK to offer this 12 year old money, something he'd probably wouldn't have dared to do if he'd stayed in HK as most Chinese are somewhat timid in nature character but they can change once they've seen you can also be assertive like the westerns.
