    Do you really need a heatsink? Are you gonna oc your cpu? I'm not too sure about the heatsink you chose but I got this one for para http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233003&Tpk=Xigmatek%20HDT-S1283 for her e8400, overclocked it to 3.6ghz and load temp is 50C so it's a pretty good for the price. If you're not gonna overclock.. just use stock fan that would suffice..

    Like everyone already said get ddr2 ram, your mobo doesn't support ddr3 and get a better PSU. Corsairs are pretty good I'm using a 750w one and it's very quiet. With your build I don't think you need anything more than 450w-550w. That is if you don't plan on crossfire in the future.

    What are you gonna use this pc for? and what's your budget?

    It's looking good, but you might want to reconsider the CPU and PSU.
    A nice machine, but you say it's not for gaming. o_O
