If you can sue a library for having a sexually explicit lesbian book, you can sue McDonalds for putting a condom in a happy meal, I'm sure it was just a bored employee.
Ya OK... too bad it's not in the US. i am sure they will succeed with the lawsuit then. Becoz someone apparently sued succesfully for a cup of coffee from McDonalds that 'burnt' his/her hand when he/she held it.
Not logical? Apparently u can sue the person for endangering ur life if u get hurt while u r trespassing on their property to steal something.

That would just be gross... If it was still in the packaging not so bad I suppose.. Offtopic.. there was once when a group of frens and I went to trek the abandoned railway track and we found a fresh used condom on the railway bridge across a canal..
im sorry that is just sooo wronggg LOL when i have kids i do not want them to be exposed to condoms at such an early age when they haven't even gone through puberty yet O_O lols
