I can cook some beef, chicken and shrimp with noodle in soup. Yum! chinese hot sauce is my favorite sauce by the way.

I feel like one of the easiest dishes you can make is Cantonese chow mein (with the thin egg noodles). If you're just starting out, try making that and going from there. (and, what can i say? it's one of my favorite dishes!)

^ cantonese chow mein is definitely a good dish, relatively simple to make and yet very tasty. With a dab of dry chili that would make it even tastier.

Those dry chili goes well with most Chinese dish :p LOVE them. Especially in noodle soups YUM.

Dry chili does not go well with soup at least the ones i make-whistle , its the chiu chow one with oil. (however, ill give it a try since this is coming from a cooking expert -^_^ ) Argh, talking about food makes me hungry now.

Go eat *kicks* it's meal time :D

Oh so you mean THOSE dried chili... hmm, I don't really make them since my friend make them and bring them over :p But yeah, those need to be fried in oil to be properly spicy hmmmmm.

^ What other food do you think are easier to make??? I don't know much about Swedish dishes... perhaps some of them are easy too?

Porridge and cook rice with wax ducks, chinese mushrooms, sausages.

  19. try getting a bottle of Oyster Sauce. It goes with pretty much everything - from stir frying vege, noodles, even as a marinade...

Hmm...maybe i should figure out another way of cooking vege instead of using all types with oyster sauce.

Oyster sauce is too salty to my taste, I only use it when I make "lo mein" with beef slices and "shrimp egg noodles" :p
