    Its the salt inside the Soy Sauce that does this.

    Similarly if you spinkle salt over freshly cut fish they will start wiggling around.

    That is animal cruelty right there...

    It's not enough they cut it in pieces and left the squid alive but they pour soy sauce over it's wounds...

    How can you eat it when it's eyes are looking right at you...

    The sodium in the soy sauce activates the nerves.

    It's pretty much still dead though, so it's not really cruelty.

    nah its dead, cut any live fish open and sprinkle salt on it and it will start to move.

    I thought it was still alive cos salt or anything that is acidic causes the meat/flesh to sting which in turn make it twitch lol
