He deserves it. I dunno in terms of punishing the person responsible I dont think death penalty is that bad I mean, my reasoning is that if you kill somebody then you forfeit your human rights It's easy for people to just say that death sentence is bad, but if they were in the situation where someone they loved dearly had been killed by some punk I think they would show less mercy.. ( at least I hope so, I mean you DO care about em right? ) Yea thts just my thoughts tho.

when ur in court, u have to wear suits and ties. No other options. Doesnt matter whether he's a criminal, a crack addict, a f*ck face, a fag, etc..... still have to wear ties and suits.
The guy took away someone else's (2 individuals) right to life, what makes it right to keep him alive? It's only fair if you're going to take someone's life that you forfeit your own. Statistics show that sentencing the convicted criminals to life in prison is less expensive than giving them the death sentence (which requires tons of court fees due to the endless appeals etc.), believe it or not.
shoulda taken him outback and just shot him...once a death sentence is issued...a person that commits murder has already lost their rights to life considering they have deprived another person of theirs....i personally feel nobody is worth killing unless you can justify beyond a reasonable of a doubt that you can kill him/her with a spork
He probably still has at least a decade to live since his lawyers are going to appeal, so people shouldn't feel that bad for him. The guy committed a serious crime and should be punished for it. And in this case, the punishment definitely fits the crime.
