    ive never really had any problems with dell to be honest...they're really nice and try to sell me loads of stuff....
    but stuff comes on the time they say it does for me normally..

    dell computers/laptops are good for a good price but you cant upgrade them yourself i heard from my friend...so i just stopped on getting dell computers...but the monitors are greatt:)

    doesnt BB have that offer where if u find an offer anywhere else thats better u can take it to BB to get that offer? o_Oo iono i never buy stuff from here

    i doubt they'll be price matching a manufacturer, not to mention, since it's a custom laptop, it can't be price matched anyways

    it happened to me too but it wasn't as bad as yours. mine was only like a week or so late..

    i had problem with my dell computer recently and i gave them a call and this lady told me that she will get a technician to call me back but it's been more than 2 weeks and i didn't receive any call from them whatsoever...
    dell computer is really good i have to say but after what happened i'm not sure if i should still deal with them anymore..
    totally lost trust in them.

    yes you can, u can purchase the shell (w/ mobo, lcd) and put everything together urself. just that cost can be more than buying elsewhere, aka not worth it

    fuck, this is terrible, i don't even care anymore, and dell sent me an email "are confident that your order will be delivered on or before..... blah blah...." If not I will have to take the word confident literally.

    Hmm odd. I ordered my laptop from them over the summer and I got it earlier than the day they stated. I had a great experience with them.
