Coming back to Dell... like many, I've not had problems with them. Indeed, I've bought thru' them a few times.

 

I bought the DELL laptop a year and half ago. After my warrantee expired the hard drive crashed. I don't think i want to buy DELL again.

I just got a dell alienware laptop and didn't have a problem... I ordered it on the 29th October and the expected delivery date was 29th Nov but a week later the date changed to 6 November. I received delivery on the 5th Nov at 9.00am... so I cannot complain.

 

Go get a MSI, ASUS, or HP way better in my opinion for price. Better customer service too, not including HP.
