man is that a real question? who would prefer dial up? would not be able to go back to dial up, might as well not go online.
haha dial up and broadband is way tooo much different.... the only thing i like about dial up is the dial up account user and password can be used anywhere in my country where there is a telephone port, unlike broadband, 1 account, 1 por can be used onlyt....
Damn... of course broadband lol Some of you guys in Asia are sooo lucky!! Here in Aus. broadband is SOOO SLOW!!! Fastest is like 2-5 mbps ..And we get a capped amount each month. Some people in Japan I know already have 2 GB ps internet... unlimited too... They planning to release up to 10 GBps internet soon I hear
lol its not 2 GB/s its 61 Mb/s average in japan There is a bank network in japan that runs at 10 Gb/s, but the general public doesn't have access to those massive speeds.
wow.... i still remember the 56k time. the telephone bill is very high due to some site automatic disconnect my phone line and dial to oversea line. -shock
99/100 will say broadband. No connection cost Infinite hours to be connected "FASTER SPEED" (surfing and download) Cheaper in the long term.

^^ Dunno, But I have a Japanese friend who has 2 GB a second Internet.. which is the FBI speed connection I hear Apparently won't be long before 10 GB Internet becomes available in Japan...
