i got my chinese name first since i'm born in Hong kong, it wasn't until i came to Canada until i found out my parents had given me an english name, lol! sad, but true.
I got my Chinese name first, then my English. My English name is just an akward romanization of my Chinese name though, lol.
i thoguth bout changing my chinese name to an englihs name at first...but every1 knows me by my chinese name now...so no point in changing it

Chinese first... It's a nightmare when your own father decides to translate it back to the doctors... Wish my parents were Mandarin speaking people...at least I'd have a reasonable name =[ Honestly...I would be called Wen-Ying rather than Man-Ying...( Can you see the downside^^(I'm a girl!) =[ lol
