Jumping in late in the thread...

From the OP's original description, he means playful, not childish right?

Anyhow, men should be men should act their age at least 90% of the time. Men should have the traditional qualities of being the protector and leader of the household and take responsibility. The other 10% of the time, he should learn to "sprinkle" his playful side into a relationship to keep it alive & fun. After all that's how you land a wonderful girl in the first place.

Conversely though, I think this applies to the ladies as well. Guys love feminine & sexy women; however a hint of playfulness keeps him wanting more.

I kind of like mature guys more, since the childish guys can sometimes get annoying. I had a bad encounter, LMFAO.

I prefer mature guys but also humorous sometimes, knows when to be serious. I like guys that are at least 3 years older than me, that way I could feel secure and that the guy can protect and take care of me. personal oppionion: like guys that can be relied on.

it really depends on your own personality. i prefer someone who is mature but at the same time, has a sense of humor

This is easy. Childish girls will like childish guys, whereas mature girls will like mature guys. Simple as that.

That said, immature boys are a total turn-off for me, esp if they try to whine/complain "cutely" to get ur sympathy/attention. Show-offs and arrogant guys are also a big no-no.

Well if boys whine it's understandable because of puberty or what have you, but MEN and whining just don't go together. -nono

In a relationship... there is only room for one diva and it's usually not the man. ;)

I don't find that immature guys whine so much. They usually prefer to goof around making sick/pathetic/retarded comments, punch each other for jokes, burp in public, etc. you get the idea. [IMG]

I agree with the arrogant/show off part though [IMG]

We look prettier in skirts, thank you. It's a known fact that men always want to get between women' skirts, so who do you suppose has the real power in the relationship now?

ORLY? i thought women prefer to have something b/t the legs, hence the reason why they wear skirts ;)

I prefer mature guys, since they give more security than imature guys who needs help with everything like a child or a brother. I need someone who can takes care of me, future family and most of all himself

well i would say, a mixture of both...it's just like with a guy who's childish u can just have fun and laugh with him, but a mature guy u can talk with him about anything and he'll help u and stuff like that...but i think u'll get bored with a guy who's always acting like an adult....so a mixture of both is perfect ;)
