    Well, that's because girls see it as rude when farting in public, simple as that.
    Guys, on the other hand, think it's funny ,so they'll do it whenever.

    LOL! If you don't fart are you human? LMAOL!! Of course girls fart... I think why some girls hold their fart because farting infront of people is rude.. So they hold it other reason? i don't know.. though i'm a girl myself.. but don't hold my fart in.. i got a lincense to fart!!! LOL!!!

    and to answer your question, no, girls do not fart. why? because they never keep their mouths closed long enough to build up pressure. :D
