I think cooking good fried rice is harder than cooking chicken.

Cooking 'good curry chicken' is definitely harder than cooking 'good fried rice', unless you are talkin about the readymade curry bought from supermarket. <_<

I like yellow curry and green curry the most. The red one is not bad but depends on the ingredients.

Cooking any food is easy. Cooking any food to taste delicious is a bit more difficult.

Really? Well, since you put the word 'good' in there, I suppose there is an element of truth there gua...kekekeke. But seriously, I think fried rice is not that difficult to cook...you just need to have the right ingredients

Well, you need enough "wok hei" (wok air?) to make the fried rice taste like actual delicious fried rice. Not enough wok hei will make the whole fried rice taste bad even when you have good ingredients.

And I have cooked both fried rice and chicken before. Not as good as my dad or some restaurants, but I survived from it. I use electric stoves too so it is even harder to use a wok and get enough wok hei for the fried rice.

-sweat.. i have no idd wat "wok hei" is.. don't you just boil the rice and then add ingrediants then fry it on a "wok".. haha i see i'm a master cook here -lol!!

Yeah, but what kind of chicken u cook? Chicken can be cooked in so many ways...

Steamed chicken is chicken. Fried chicken is chicken. Curry chicken is chicken.... etc etc

I've cooked steamed, fried, and curry chicken before. Fried chicken is the easiest for me.
