You summed it up with eloquence. I do think that it's stereotypical to say Japanese girls would be more likely to cheat or what not. It's not like they are the ONLY culture which cheats in relationships, and as far as I know from the handful of Japanese friends I have, they aren't particularly likely to cheat. Not unlike Chinese or Whites if you ask me.

I was kind of interested myself in that myself. Not as a racialy-specific question, but due to typical upbringing?
For instance, you can't leave anything valuable out in public in the US, but an aquantance of mine left a digital camera out in a cafe for more then half an hour and returned to reclaim it untouched. So I think it was more of a cultural/society question?
