Lately, yes. I've been on a diet for the past month so I've been eating under 1200 calories a day. -cry2
i do after i was taught how to read thim from food tech, i check the mains ones if im in a rush in order from - fat, sugar/carbohydrates and sodium
I eat the same kind of things a lot, so I know their nutritional values. but if I'm eating/buying something new I usually read the labels. except when I just like being a fattie and eating whatever -^_^
For already prepared or processed food, I usually would read them at the supermarket so I can make a healthier (or not) choice. Just looking out for trans fat, % of sodium, calories, what kind of oil they used, % of fiber, the kind of flour, etc. so I can compare brands and such. And once I've done it, I usually keep on buying the same brand. Although I read the labels, I don't count my calories. :/ Iono how much a bowl of rice is, a chicken leg, veggies, etc. I guess it would be nice to know, but ah well.... don't feel like always having to check the net as references.
I dont read it at all, i know its bad but i like eat whatever i want to eat at that moment. luckely i like to eat healthy food.
nope i don't count calories or read nutrition labels but i do tend to stay away from eating too much and some foods cos i usually can tell by looking at it whether the food is healthy for u or not.
