I would recommend that all u milk lovers start drinking rice milk, almond milk or even soy milk as an healthier althernative. If you do choose to drink soy milk, don't drink it every day for it is a common allergen. A lot of people are sensitive to it. The more you drink it, the more sensitive you become. But overall, soy products are very healthy. It is a good source of protein for you vegetarians out there. And plus, it is true that most asians are lactose intolerant. So the above choices would be better for us asians. Milk (cow milk) is only promoted through the advertising industry as being a part of a healthy diet. However, cows nowadays are fed things that contain a lot of chemicals. You can imagine how this would effect the milk that they produce. Therefore, the milk we are consuming from cows...are no longer "natural" and should but consumed in a hazardous manner. hope this helps!
Yeah I drink milk. It makes your bones strong I also drink soy milk every once in a while. It tastes good!
mmm yess.... rice n almond milk is off the hook!! I remember killing those at the dining halls with chicken nuggets when my friends and I had nothing better to do than eat at nite -lol.
sure..they just get a tanning session for the goat...that way he gets all dark...hence chocolate milk..n u think all milk is gross besides cow milk eh..i bet the guy standing beside the first guy to say "..hey..there a large animal over there (cow)...wonder what will happen if i suck its nipples"...bet that sedond guy thought it was gross...
I drink milk, milks a must with cereal and cookies. Tried cereal with water once LOL (our house had no milk at the time and i was desperate) it tasted alritish
i don't drink milk because i don't like the taste >< i know that's bad so i have it with cereal or chocolate milk
