^yeah it's really crazy that beggars can earn that amount of money if they do their best. (2000/3000 euro is over here is like 2 or 3 times above the national average; managers level) Journalists found this out and they said it's all about the way they beg; ask people nicely and they're more likely to give then just holding your hand out and grunting something. And I bet they don't pay their taxes...
i only give money to the charities but i don't do it all the time...just on some occasions. i guess i'm too stingy XD
In the US, it is normal that someone could make 50$ on an average day standing at the corner of the highways waiting for money I always give them candy (ha ha ha) I've even heard of people who were working jobs (at minimum wage) then would be beggers afterwards, to make a few extra bucks, i dont know if that's a pathetic thing (that they want it) or a sad thing(that they need it)
