My dad snores a bit. And I think my bro does a little as well. But not as noticeable as my dad. But meh, when people get older, they'll snore more. lol.
when he snore again haha go get a lil bit of salt and but it in his mouth he will taste it and cant sleep for the whole night

i snores too.. coz 1 side of my nose is block..since small.. so i've been breathing through my mouth since small :(
I'm guilty of snoring. And from what I'm told, it's pretty bad too. There have actually been instances where I've woken myself up from all the noise. My ex saw an episode of "Friends" once where they suggested to move the person onto their side. And it supposedlyworks. But I just tend to fall back to my back eventually, and start all over again. Someone suggested that I have my adenoids removed. It should clear the passageway for the air to travel. But I'm not really into surgeries.
I snore when Im too tired or something. My brother too, and he has a habit of grinding his teeth during his sleep , which is also disturbing....
