to reduce snoring...i think you can have them wear one of those nasal passage clearing things on their nose at night
oh it's a thing that looks like a bandaid...and you just place it on the bridge of your nose....and somehow it clears your nasal passages...it's kinda cool. it works when you have a stuffy nose from a cold too.
my roommate snores... took me 3 months but i can finally sleep w/o earplugs.. but sometimes he wakes me up at night with really loud snoring
I know and that's me. My snoring is famous amoung my friends and family. Once on holiday, my friend heard me snore from the next room. Not that the walls were thin. If I don't snore I think I do not have a good night's sleep. An operation to remove something in my nose did not help. So I carry on snoring sometimes to the annoyance of others.
It lifts your nasal passage therefore increasing the amount of air going through which solves peoples stuffy noses and snoring. To an extent of course. Anyways on-topic, my dad snores but I can sleep through literally anything.
My sisters BF snores ALOT, Soo loud too. One time i thought it was my furnice, Thought it was getting old or something. So when i opened my door to go downstairs to turn off teh furnace, i heard a very familiar sound coming from the room next to mee.....Guess what that nose wwas, eh?? lol. OMG, never lost so much sleep before. lol
OMG...my mom, grandma, uncle, 2nd aunt, & 3rd aunt. They all snore alot and hecka loud too. I swear they can have a snoring contest for whomever snores the loudest. For now my 2nd aunt is the winner, cuz you can hear her behind closed doors. -rolleyes =======================================================
In my family, mum snores when she's tired. I know I snored my mouth is dried and my nose feels blocked and when i'm tired or fall alseep on the floor on my back otherwise I don't snore. When I was little, I remember my grandfather, grandmother and dad had snoring competitions. In the morning my brother, sisters and me would give a prize to whoever we thougth snored the loudest.
When My brother snores, I just kick him on his butt. He would stop snoring for a period of time, that's when I try to fall asleep quick.
