True, there's a difference between like and love.

If you like the girl, I don't think you should jump into marriage yet because you're probably not sure if you really love her (should get to know her a lot more). On the other hand if you love the girl, why not.

 

Age doesn't matter. The older she is, the more experience she has.

If a girl is older than you are a few years (1-4 )and if she does not mind. Why should you? There is two exceptions

if she looks older than you, and you do mind
if she approaches 30 or older since she may has child bearing issue
