OMG no!!! I was saying you have to learn who you should help or not... who you could be friends with etc.

^ i think friendship is something that comes naturally but there are people out there who just don't cherish that and you can't tell right off front. for me, i think it's better to be straight forward about things .. embarrassed ...yes .. nowadays .. you just never know.

I guess you shouldn't give people a ride unless its family.

That is just so damm crazy. I have never had it happen to me or my friends. fact I never heard of it before til now.

Stupid to sue your own BF, especially if it wasn't really his fault!

wtf, if they're the one that decides to get a ride in your car aren't they at fault for trusting you, why the hell should you get sued.

my god what's this world coming to? giving someone a lift is just a matter of courtesy... it shouldn't be your liability if they are hurt while in your car... all this unnecessary litigation gives lawyers bad names...

  17. i should totally do this... cover my ass if anything happens..... just place a stack in my car... and have them sign it once.... store it in a fireproof safe for as long as i can drive...

  18. lol we need a release form template to print out for peoples convenience

it never occured to me to have a waiver for liability for people that I gave rides to in my car. But OMG i cant believe the cheek of some people to actually sue the drivers who have offered them a lift. will definately give a second thought about it next time i offer a lift.
