Hello, I do not believe in god. I think some people believe in god because they need something or someone to forgive them and make them feel better. I especially hate it when people do something wrong, go confess, and then they make it seem like nothing ever happened. Of course, some people use god to help them go through hard times such as losing family member, going bankrupt, etc., but I think people should use a better way or maybe just accept reality but reality is never right. I think somewhere inside me, I really hate religion, but if I view religion as a business then I totally respect it because they can get so many donation easily and only god knows where the money is going to.
