But it just tastes so bitter without milk, and even if sugar is added, tastes so .... yuk! Yeah, I drink a lot of jasmine tea, so much nicer
Tea? I live in england so english tea wouldn't be tea without the tea ya'know. >.> and half a spoon of sugar. =D But drinking to much english tea makes me go toilet...lots. Personally, i prefer more herbal teas inc. jasmine, oolong and green, ones you don't normally put milk in. I've seen english people put sugar and milk in green tea though -nono
I take my tea straight, it's crazy to learn that milk tea would cause the liver to over work. You would think that you could at least have some alcohol in it for it to be like that.
i prefer to drink my teas without milk. of the western tea varieties i usually drink earl grey and it's pretty dark, so my dentist said it would be good to put in a little bit of milk so it doesn't stain my teeth so much. i just brush more instead.
I like tea with cream(or milk) and sugar when server cold, otherwise, I prefer tea by itself. Is tea with milk and sugar bad for you?
I usually love a cup of black tea. However if you don't want to waist time scrubbing the stain in your cup, have a few drops of milk will ease the way to wash your cup.
Tea without milk is the way to go. Over here in Singapore and Malaysia, the condense milk and skim milk varieties all have palm oil in them. Its really bad for the arteries ! Been taking an interest in Chinese tea. The Freeze Dried ones are pretty good !
