Breakfast is VERY IMPORTANT. It's the first meal after a long night sleep (because you don't eat while you a sleep) and between you last meal you ate and sleep are at least 4-8 hours between without food. And breakfast help you get your energy and digestion work.
I know breakfast is the most important meal for you since its helps you and gives u the energy to start your day.. Sadly, I probably eat breakfast less than 10 times a month though :(
yeah....i used to skip it. then it hit me.....not good to skip breakfast. can always have lite lunch...but bkft and dinner are really important
everyone always says breakfast is so important.... so i started to eat breakfast and noticed that i get hungry faster now!
