depends on the girl. different people have different likes/dislikes. personally, (ideally) i'd like to be able to look up to my boyfriend. but that's just me.
its all good, happened with me two and a half times, tall girls are sexy in their way sure it would be better if i was an inch taller but then i wouldnt view them as being tall unless compared to other girls
most girls would want their boyfriends to be taller them. Its just not suited especially if they want to wear heels.

i have a boyfriend, we know each other for 5 years, he is short, only 5' and i am almost 5' 6'' when we stand together, it look funny but i don't mine. because he is a good guy and nice, and have a great job, and good salary. so to me that's is not a main problem.
More chinese girls should think like you. 5' girls are looking for 6' guys these days and 5'6" girls are looking for 6'4"+ guys.
You haven't been 5'6" before....you don't know how sucky it is to be short. lol. What's worse is that I wear glasses too. I'm sure some people secretly call me 4 eyes short guy.
