i know he dodges the car and like survives but then to carelessly walk across the road to die. so stupid. gd thing i didn't watch this series if the rest of it is like this.
well, the death isn't that bad if it helps bring the series to an end but the way that he died just killed the ending rele. it was just too stupid.
He has to die as he is trading his life for sonija, but the way of his death is so unexpected and random. It might not be a good series, but i am hoping for a sequel as i love detective movies.

just watched the alternate ending, he doesnt die, but they made the ending so hilarious...the whole business of "siu yee" taking them back to the future before the accident happens, and tries to stop the driver from going to the scene was a bit exagarate but i guess just makes it feels better to know Roger didnt die and in the end is a happy ending
lol , Im only up to ep 10 so long time before its the ending lol , i think i'll watch the Alt ending first, so its happier , then the real ending later =P

lol omg i just finished the normal ending.. it was kinda unnecessary to kill him off.. they tried to make it happy by having her have a baby and the baby having that 'tong ling gam ying' but its still tragic.. lol about to watch alternate ending now.
So happy to see that Roger didn't die in the alternative ending although it was a bit weird but it was a happy ending.
He did die but they made him come back. If he die then there won't be a sequel which will come out soon.
