make sure you visit the hanged man a few times in the first act. I didn't bother to go enough times and I never got Isabella. I'm kind of pissed about that, but its not worth playing through another 20 hours of the game to go back and get her. I ended up romancing Merril anyway to get her cool white costume.
lol merril i remember jacking the tevinter robe from her ass in the first one hahaha. that shit was like 5 golds and i got it from the origin part lol. damn they have some returning characters that are insignificant from teh first like isabella she was not that tan in the first though. Don't spoil though if i hear anyting about morrigan i will hate all ya'll.
Finally finished the game. I got Isabella in bed, but didn't complete the romance. Must have missed something in between the bedroom action and end game. Ah well, by the time I realized I was too deep into the game. Overall DA2 was a cool play through. Sure it was dumbed down gameplay wise, but the story was better in DA2 I think. Although I complained about Anders, the only character I really hated was Fenris. At the end Spoiler He joined Merideth prob cause I didn't even bother bringing up his friendship. Then I told him to stfu and he came back like a bitch. Er... I just googled. Also, major spoilers. Will 100% ruin the whole story for you. Spoiler I was thinking there was possibly a way to save the mother, but there supposedly isn't. I also confirmed my thoughts about Merideth + O____ (The first enchanter) both going crazy no matter what you do. Kind of makes me feel powerless now and totally demotivates me from doing a 2nd playthrough. I just don't feel like I had ANY big choices to make. In Mass Effect you could have lost Wrex, Kaiden or Ashley. In Mass Effect 2 you could have lost everyone. And at least in Origins, you had the option of siding with the templers, killing the arl's son, and so on. DA2 seems like just a really long movie now...
