    so what happens if ur lactose intolerant, are u fined ? , do u go to jail ? hahah or do u just suck it up n drink the milk ... knowing that ur going to have crazy diarrhea later

    shows the inflexibility of legislation doesn't it?? would be funny to see if any lawyer would try to fight a case where their client drank milk.... would be hilarious to see what crap they call dream up :)
