omg same here i used eat but as i grow older i find it rather stinky, n my family love it so everytime they eat i just hide in my room lol
lol! I don't espcially like it, but I eat from time to time.. i used to hate the smell, but now it doesn't bother me as much.
lol i don't mind the smell too much.... don't eat it that often... i used to like it but not so much anymore.....
I like it only when it is in its original form....(no candy or ice or dinks or whatever) ~~smells oke/tasts oke....don't think it stinks and i'm not addicted to it either....
my dad usually buys lau leen so its there, i try it and yeah it sticks at first but it gets nicer once you have a few. And it beats normal fruit for a change.
Hmmm...maybe if you imagined it as a caramel custard or sth, it wouldn't be so bad...they're quite the same creamy texture anyway
for you guys that don't like lau leen and think it smells like shit, can you stand lau leen shakes, ice cream, cookies and all that, just the flavor lol-chef Lols
damn what does that make the consumer of the "weapon" dang he/she is "ngai hiem" Dangerous!!!!woooo-clapclap
Durian cheesecake just tastes like heaven -drool also Durian tart, durian icecream, dodol (sweet, sticky small cake made from durian) And durian itself, I just don't hate or love it I guess.. If someone buys it, then I'd eat it It's heaty tho, so I usually take a glass of salt water after eating durians...
Mmmm...durian flavoured stuff works for me too... Haha...just sharing a little traditional remedy to counter the "heaty" effects of durian. Did you know that pouring water into the durian skin (the cavity where the durian pips used to occupy)is cooling for the body after eating durians? I don't know if it works, never tried it myself
