I totally don't have a problem with the smell. It's not what I would consider one of my favorite fruits, but I do enjoy eating it every once in a while .
Durian tastes good but it's hard to eat it b/c it always mushes... Advice: If you don't finish the durian and want to save it for another time, make sure you put it in a container, and don't just leave it open or poorly wrapped in the fridge b/c it leaves a disgusting smell and all your other foods get this nasty durian smell afterwards.
wow many of us have different taste and smell durian is good i love it but for others you can hate it because you dont have to like it
I have never tasted it myself, because the smell is too intense. However, I do know a dog that eats durian. That's simply amazing in my book. -shock
yea one things for sure... durian Ice Cream is BOMB!! -shock -clapclap. I usually just take a few bites. Don't think much about the smell. but stinky tofu, thats a whole different story. I don't even think tofu taste any better but damn the smell is like -sick. Are the black ones suppose to be worst?
at first i thought durian was really smelly, but when i tried it........ *drools* it was sooooooooooo good ..... i know so many ppl that didn't like it at first, when they tried it they loved it ....... but i guess it's also an acquired taste i've never been near stinky tofu yet ..... so i don't know what it smells or tastes like ..... but i wouldn't mind trying stinky tofu, if it's as good as ppl say it is ..... i don't think they sell it anywhere in toronto -unsure oh btw, you can durian while it's slightly frozen .....kinda melts in your mouth like ice cream..... but licking won't do you any good ....... it's also a little less smelly
