Durian - smelly or tasty?

i love eating durian especially when it's freshly open and i also love eating durian chendol...it's shaved ice, flooded with smooth coconut milk, with a special blend of liquid brown palm sugar (gula malacca), a dash of the local durian fruit for additional aroma and topped up with a few palm dates. yummy

 

do they make canned durain?

i'd consider durian smelly, but that's probably because i've never had it before...

errr.. i haven't seen a canned durian but when i said freshly open is when u split open the whole durian into half with the chopping knife .

why do most ppl have problems with eating it. I don't think it's smelly at all.
to me it smell good and taste good.

 

i don't find the fruit smelly... just a very very very "strong" smell of fruit... i don't mind the taste either... but i wouldn't say i love it coz it's too rich n heavy...
