    but then people in MAcau are happy now.. 2nd pay out and probably spent too!

    I heard that it is people who are permanent residents, so was born and lived in Hong Kong for at least 7 years in people. Then another friend said that this is a scam or summin is to have a laugh with the official website of the actual details?
