EPL Transfer Window 2011 Hi guys, Another transfer window has shut. What do you think of the big transfers with Chelsea and Liverpool? Is Andy Carroll really worth £35 MILLION??? Did Fernando Torres make a good move down south to Chelsea for £50 MILLION? What about the other transfers? Are you happy with your teams transaction?
Andy Carroll is never worth £35 million and the funny thing is that he's injured at the moment so he can't play for weeks anyway. I don't really care about Torres, to be honest, as I'm a Manchester United fan. I don't even think he's worth £50 million, as he hasn't even been on form this season. I don't think he even fits in the Chelsea side, they've already got Anelka and Drogba. I am actually glad we're not involved with these big money transfer, although we don't need anyone, I did hope we did buy someone though. And credit must go to Ian Holloway for keeping hold of Charlie Adam.

Carroll isn't worth 35m lol... but based on the market... atleast 20m though... he's a decent target man, and if Bent can get 24m... he certainly can get atleast 20m... he's probably more of a 12-15m player though... he's young and still have plenty of potential...

doesn't matter how long you've played in the league.... goals win games... Carrol's 11 goals is still better than Torres' 9... And I would argue that there was less talent around Carrol than Torres...

yeh yeh liverpool beat chelsea n we didnt need suarez!!!! liverpool now up 2 6th in table n 6 points behind 4th spot, mayb we could jus mayb get that 4th spot then torres will b pissed that he left!!!!

I would like Arsenal to take it this year, but seeing them lose sight of 3 trophies in 2 weeks... it's just not convincing.
