It was not too bad. I though we played well enough to win the game. With a bit of luck we should had score more goals. Chelsea played poorly. If they played like this Chelsea will lost a lot games.

Just a question, those who follow premier league prefer that european because of the english?
I am french and i follow the liga, the premier league, the bundesliga, a little calcio and of course french league 1...And don't tell me the premier league is the best in terms of quality... (kick'n'rush ... )

to me... all the tops teams of each of the major leagues are pretty much even in terms of quality... except Ligue1... omfg they just screwed themselves over this summer... they sold EVERYONE -shock

Besides... how many English sides were in the semi-finals of last year's UCL? o right... three...

and who won the UCL? AC Milan... a team which couldn't win their own domestic league because of scandals... and Roma wow... 7:1 raping from ManU...

and where was the great Barca and Real last season? o right... knocked out in the first round... Valencia tried their best...

Bayern's always there, no complaints... but only Bayern? where's Werder?

Both French teams knocked out at first stage... they didn't even score...

and get this... other leagues complain how 4 teams from the EPL can earn a shot at the UCL every year... instead of complaining about 4 teams from the EPL instead of 3... why don't they just beat them and not let them make it a problem? if they just beat them each year... who cares?

seriously... if u had a choice between winning football games... or losing because ur players like to do 30 stepovers b4 losing the ball or your striker decided to be fancy and fck up a shot trying to do a rabona... which would u choose?

atm imo, the EPL and Bundesliga look the best... but the other leagues started late so this will probably change as the season moves on...

^ yeh he's at top form right now... He's scored more goals in the premiership than he did in the premiership last year, and it's only the start as well.

u shud seee the line up for that match ... all reserves

o'shea, carrick, nani and wes brown aren't exactly reserves -.-;... and that line up isn't exactly a poor one... Anderson, Nani and Dong playing up front is pretty explosive...

and if ManU fans want to play that card... those were Coventry reserves too -_-2

Where are the goals we used to score last season. Another 1-0 win (at least we are winning). Pity Arsenal and Liverpool won as well. Chelsea draw and in the 7th position. Could be lower if Everton won their game tomorrow. Hope we won against Roma on Tuesday evening (7-0 last season).

I swear Abromovich is managing the team right now. The squad selection makes absolutely no sense. You have Alex and Malouda riding pine for Ben Haim and Sidwell? I didn't hear Wright-Phillips was injured. It should just be Drogba and Scheva up front, Malouda, Joe Cole, Makalele, Wright-Phillips in the mid, replace Ben Haim at the back and you are set. I am so angry and I am not even a Chelsea supporter.

i think ManU would be better off playing Saha and Tevez right now instead of Tevez and Rooney... Rooney just barely made it back from injury and Tevez is just starting to click... Ronaldo is saviour... and Giggs needs to step it up... I know he's old, but he's still better than half the wings in the league...

As far as Chelski goes... I like Ben Haim and Sidwell, but I agree Ben Haim really shouldn't start over Alex... and i don't think Kalou should have started... put Malouda in over SWP...

Lol Chelsea nearly lost at stamford bridge in the premiership yesterday and lost their record... Chelsea's not confident right now i reckon, they keep making errors which they hardly ever did when Mourinho was there. Anyway Arsenal, Liverpool and Man U all won away yesterday.
