Haha..I used ad-blocker as well for that sig. The army takes a lot of mental strain from you and causes a lot of people to do crazy things.
I would have to understand the crime a little bit more to comment. "first-degree criminal sexual conduct" could mean a variety of stuff.

what zero_c said. sexual abuse could just be lifting up the baby as its being touched when it doesnt want to be. but i do feel sorry for the baby, fked up life already.
Post traumatic stress disorders and what not...dude's mind is fucked up like crazy, war turns you into something worst than a beast....this is inhumane though, feel sorry for the guy if he got fucked up in the war but he should no doubt punished for what he did here, it's just the way life is. An eye for an eye. The baby is just out of luck here, already messed up before they even know what's happening. Such a depressing event.
