a little pet peeve that I have with people putting on eyeliner is when they line their bottom line at the wet inside of the eye very close to the whites (you guys get what I'm talking about?), this is an eye infection waiting to happen, it will smudge more, it is incorrect and just really bad for you all together. SO DON'T DO IT.

 

but then.. thats the part which makes it nice... any tips fr preventin eye infection??
