try the natural stuff.. eat oats.. oats scrub..heard of those? they worked really well on my baby cousin and she had really bad skin as she was born..then she used oats to wash her face..it turned out to be great.. so thats an option i suppose
I love st ives too..but if you have sensitive skin...i do not recommend it...try Aveda, it's really nice on the skin.
it u don't mind, spend a little more money on face washes if your skin is sensitive, I use the shiseido pureness face wash and a small bottle can get u through 6-9 month
any cleanser that cleans your pore is good, however because your pores are clean now and if you wear makeup right after it clogs up the pore and bacteria builds up...you should just pore cleansers all the time because you're stripping away the bacteria that prevent other bacteria that from invading. for better skin you should drink more water and eat more fruits and veggie. i've been using cleanser from Olay and they work well, i used to have lots of pimples but after i switched to Olay that have protein and vitamins my face cleared up...
if you wear makeup, cleansing oil is really good. i have sensitive skin as well and i recently started using Shiseido's Perfect Oil and then Cetaphil or SpectroGel after. Cetaphil and SpectroGel are dermatologist recommended because they aren't harsh on your skin due to the fact that they are non-soap based.
I would suggest you to use Kose. It's very good for sensitive skin, although it's kinda expensive.....
spectro jel...it's a cleanser that replace soaps for people with sensitive skin, there is no perfume in it,and it cleans really good, and the line as expanded for all kinds of skin!
I Agree with girlietwn - u can try to get consultation from several counters and the consultations are free plus you will then better understand hoe to take care of your skin type.
your skin deserves better than clean and clear. also, proactive is over rated. it's just as bad as clean and clear
im using dove sensitive skin non-foaming facial cleanser right now and it seems to work fine, no burns no sudden pimples i never had dancey1 ive tried about 7 different face washes as i try to pick up a different product everytime i drop by the drugsmart so far Lacome is the best it makes my face feel baby smooth but expensive.
