Yes it's based on a true story but they certainly added other things to make that the story sound more interesting. As for my favorite drama it's Proposal daisakusen because it's cute and sweet -blush2

My favorite will be Nobutua Wo Produce and Trick 1,2,3. Trick was hilarious yet thrilling at the same time.
