UTSJ > UTSC > UTM .... wat do i know..im goin to college lol international business was a good course..i took it in night skoool...it was pretty ez but i got a 68..economics was a killer..too much to leran
lunch. -lol too bad its not a subject. i guess my fav subject would be music and pe. and like those language classes. learning spanish and its just a blast. hahaa.
I did a poll for this in one of my college classes before. Guys mostly chose subjects in the science or math areas. Most girls chose subjects involving the arts, book stuff, memory stuff, where they can put effort and it proportionally equates to marks. Girls seem better at English, but apparently spelling isn't taught properly any more, either that or the English language is evolving...
hahah speaking of grammatical errors, I went to a nice cafe over the weekend. The place was nice and presentable. The first thing I noticed as I browsed through the menu were these items: "Ice tea $3.40" "scramble eggs" "whip cream" My friend and I couldn't help but laugh and as we were paying the bills, my friend asked the waiter how she could make a menu like theirs. The waiter answered that the Cafe owner's daughter made it and pointed to a blonde 18 year old girl. We looked at each other and rolled our eyes!!! -rolleyes lol
You're joking!!! I thought it'd be a 6 y.o daughter of a new immigrant, or the asian parents wrote it, but a 18yo blonde girl...?? She must be foriegn, or blond-proper.
haha nope.. and the blonde bimbo was full bloodied American. So what peachey said might be correct. Taking away grammar syllabus in English may have long term effect on generation Y and their abilities to grasp basic english language
i is able to communication to persons!!! Actually, my first impression was Asian migrant... 40 year old guy, saying "me speak no english"
Arts, History, Geography, Biology and English were my favs back at school. At Uni it's harder to tell as I love most of the subjects we get offered. (Almost all Television & Internet related)
