    Hmm over here we also call it sate celup, lok lok all types of steamboat stuff.
    Maybe you call it hot pot gua.

    ^Whut? It's pretty easy if you can get the utensils for that...
    As for the food to go with it, all types of seafood can go as well ;) plus chicken/pork pieces...
    basically all bite-sized pieces lo.
    And plus the veggie(s).

    oooo....mm gai duk teeem......i have one time at one of my friends place kekeke....but i dont have it at home becuase my rents say all the steam makes the ceiling go black of something blehhhh....

    a bowl of century egg congee with lotsa shredded ginger sounds good....
    not to forget sweet dessert like red bean soup and sweet creamy peanut dessert

    omg...tofu-fa. i think every month or so, i talk about my love for either congee or tofu-fa in these threads. haha
