Haha...well, I still say nothing tastes better than HK dim sum. THe variety they have and the way it looks...mmm...salivating already! LOL
A few restaurants in my locale do have dim sum offerings up to par to those in Hong Kong... But I couldn't find the time to go dim sum anymore :(
I can say confidently that many restaurants in Vancouver are at the same level or even better than restaurants in HK. The reason is probably because many chefs from HK came over to Vancouver to start a business.
^That's what I thought. That's why I didn't think the UK dim sum would be lacking, cos the ppl who prepare the food are usually hongkies. But I do know that it's pricey to have dim sum in UK Yeah, I know the Dim Sum is good in most parts of Canada. Even in Ontario there are a couple of good places.
