Bhanu gave a conjoined baby of 6. Therefore, there is 6 sons. Then she later on gave birth to a daughter. Therefore, each son has a younger sister & a total of 7 children?! ^Unrealistic situation. Lawl. But works! Doubt its the real answer though.

I noticed i was thinking too hard on this question. Easily, if the daughter was the youngest one.. it will conclude that each son has a younger sister.
7 children. Though realistically, she could have more than 13 kids if she has daughters that were older than her oldest son. I have a hunch this is a trick question where her only daughter is the youngest of the bunch in which case, all 6 of her sons have a younger sister.
It's 7 and yeah Kon is correct; it's a trick question that was meant to lead you into answering 12 (6 sons and 6 sisters). I expected better results lol .... should have worded it more evilly =p
