^ Watch me... I will be hiake soon >_<b I loved the two vampire classics from early 90's: Interview with the Vampire and Dracula... loved both of them -^_^ I think I miss Gary Oldman... it's just perfect timing that I've found Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead Though not a horror film (more meta on Shakespear )
well..key word being i mite if u hit the 3k...but then again..i lie alot...haha....now heres a dracula flick with a damn good story...Bram Stoker's Dracula ..haha..just noticed u linked it to that..i must say that that flick was one of the best dracula interpretations i've ever seen..
What are the others you compare it to??? Oh I just adore Gary Oldman, is all. Although some parts were kind of cheesy =_=b And Knoc's evil >_<
well las...me being evil has long been established way back in the day... hmph..what do i compare it too...actually...on a side note here..i really liked the story of dracula 200...i thought it was a different twist that i actually thought was pretty interesting....
Dracula 2000? With Gerald Butler (he's the only reason I suffered through the film =_=b)? I think the concept is kind of cool with an opening ending for sequel... too bad it was terribly made =_=b Gerald Butler was HOT in it
That is true, that twist was kind of new (back then anyways). But the film was horrible in its graphics (or the lackof) and uber-superhero like abilities of Dracula =_=b The three brides were hot though...
haha...indeed the three vixens were quite the lookers...however...i did also enjoy that shadow of the vampire flick..mildly that is..
Compare and contrast Dracula 2000 and Van Helsing: Dracula 2000: (+) Gerald Butler Sex scenes, lots of it Somewhat good story 3 foxy brides (--) Gerald Butler is the ONLY thing worth seeing on screen in this film... Bad idea to use New Orleans as setting =_=b Bad graphics and little of it Van Helsing: (+) Hugh Jackman Kate Beckinsale in leather/PVC corset/bodice 3 foxy brides, and pseudo sex scenes (--) Bad graphics and overdose of it Retarded story... Pointless action sequence
Hey, hot chicks in tight clothes RIGHT THERE... Though I do agree it's the mutilated child of a bad vampire film and a bad sci-fi film =_=b
-shock I fell into the same pit =_=b Kate Beckinsale in tight leather plus Hugh Jackman prove too tempting... Totally regretting it.
Which gave me huge vertigo =_=b I liked the idea although the shaking got really overwhelming near the end... The concept was brilliant, how were the sequels?
pft..the sequels didn't flow for me...the concept for the first one was wild.. i mean..u didn't see shit and you were left to ur imagination..only u can scare urself with the shit u can come up with...haha
Totally, the best way is to tell the audience just enough to let their imagination run amok... And all the better if they are disoriented (from the vertigo)
haha..i wasn't disoriented at all...ahah..and to add to the list..poltergeist...scared the shit out of me as a kid..
