    since wind2000 didnt respond the correct answer should be take

    25/3 = 8.3333333333
    bell boy gives 1 each back so the answer is =9.333333333333
    so the total now is 27.99999999 which is no such thing so its 28 because no coins was provided and the 2 dollars he kept him self
    therefore 28+2 = 30
    or if you can argue then its 29.999999
