Ive also thought about that, BUT 1. When the police so called breached the door, the " door frame" fell from vertical on the victim and the impact wasnt that hard since you didnt saw any weight falling on the victim (a real door frame would be heavy enough to rebound when that fall onto the bed/victim) 2. When the police breached the door so hard that something will fall from the sky(?) then you would see the cam move from the force they are using to breach the door, you didnt see anything move in the room (except that alien item falling randomly from the sky) 3. police officers doesnt really have the luxery to use laser targeting system for guns, since they are expensive, SWAT yes.. but normal police officer? i doubt that 4. if you rush in with gun pulled to secure the area, you will cuff him the target 1st and then check if his alive before putting back your gun on your holdster, else the whole process of rushing in with gun pulled is overrated when you dont cuff him + you dont saw any laser targeting system on the gun. This is what i discovered of that movie which i think this is fake.. but youll never know USA is a weird country
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/11/21/florida-teen-live-streams_n_145499.html shit that guy was depressed =/
It did not need to be a door frame, but could have been a piece of molding from the door frame. That is, the door frame didn't fall. Would you then necessarily see something move the camera, that's hard to say. The swat officer with the laser sight was probably still out side and another officer walked in. He probably didn't cuff the suspect because he didn't feel the need to, the guns were drawn before entry because of the unknown danger. Once in the room and they saw the guy laying on the bed not moving, they realized that there was no danger, hence they holstered their weapons and the medical personnel entered. More often than not, armed forced entry is a clusterfuck. Not everything is perfect or anywhere near textbook, and not all beat cops know how to do it. Sometimes you get what you get... because... :ugh2: Or like they used to say, shit happens... And msg to Phil, if he had the presence of mind to have done all that, I don't think we would be talking about him right now. However, your advice is good to keep close at hand, thank you for sharing it with others. -^_^
uh oh .. so it wasn't staged .. ok .. at least we got the point that he did suffer from some kind of mental disorder. with that, i'll take back what i said about him so yeah .. RIP .. it's really difficult to tell what's real and what's not these days cuz there are so many weird and crazy people out there who may just be bluffing or stupid or like this guy, have some sort of psych problems. i don't think anyone should be blamed but the family who should've checked in on him when they knew he had some mental issues. even though it was a live cam .. who's gonna be there watching him 12 hours straight .. doubt it .. ppl will just watch a bit and leave or whatever .. no one knows for sure if he was really committing suicide.
what the fuck is wrong with u? do u even know what ur saying? i know ur still an immature kid but come on! if u think ur cool for saying things like that ur even worse than i think u were the guy has a mental disorder, hes depressed... why are u still saying dumb ass shit about him do u know what was going on in his mind? how can u say hes stupid? who the hell do u think u are to say he made a stupid decision...? the ppl who laugh at him someone who cant think n took o.d. of his own meds, those are the ones that are truly stupid not everything is a joke... some things are not funny, like a life of a human being how do u think his family feels now? can u think before u talk shit?
whoa .. calm down .. no need to get all "f" in here .. this is something new .. i've learned that some ppl actually committed suicide due to some shit over the web over in myspace but viewing on live cam is definitely a first for me and even i was skeptical whether the guy was faking it or not. it's not and so it's tragic; nevertheless, not everyone gets the full story and might think it's silly and stupid to have done it when they first hear the title. if you didn't post follow-up news on this story, i would've kept what i said earlier too.
man, i didnt say i was laughing at him, but poeple would do that , i mean, he commited suicide to people who said he wouldnt..... wtf? why did he do it ? to prove them wrong? , maybe the peoeple realised that they had gone too far "When" he had Actually done it ,
@ negiq yeah i said fuck once in my post.... pft...like i care....go report me if it bothers u... r u new around here? im sure its not the first time u read me using the word fuck is it? like u said abt urself, if u dont like what im posting just ignore my post n its done im just like this i say what i think n dont care so do not come and tell me what to say n what not to say im not here to make friends so im just gonna say whatever i like my point is just he doesnt take anything serious, kids like him are annoying anyway, someone needs to tell that kid... 3 posts on this page of this thread are his, after i posted the last article he has responded as well... if he didnt read the whole story n replies i wonder what hes doing? SPAM perhaps? mind u, 2 outta 3 of those posts are oneliners so... im guessing it is a bit of spam
dude .. i meant for you to calm down and not frustrated over this cuz ppl are bound to say crazy things sometimes .. don't care about the f word cuz i say it too in my posts .. lol .. if you read them of course.
oh well, i always say whats on my mind... it might come off as tho it bothers me but its not that its gonna keep me awake or like ima get a heartattack over it... im just upfront........ :ugh2:
In a rush? For a quick synopsis, just read the red highlighted lines. One of the really sad things about being members of the crowd is that we often don't think about things before we say it. In the actual physical world, being in a large nebulous group affords anonymity that emboldens individuals to say and do things that they would hesitate at, had they been alone. This effect has been studied extensively by sociologists and is better referred to as Deindividuation; where the individual awareness or sense of self is suppressed by the feeling of extended security within the anonymity of a crowd. Because of this, an individual may say or do things that he or she, themselves may normally disapprove, and assign the responsibility of such actions thereof onto the crowd. Inotherwords, their perception becomes: I didn't do this, the Crowd did. All sense of social restraint that one is usually armed with has been suppressed by the feeling of anonymity. This is similar to the nonchalance of an alcoholic intoxication; a drunk will often not feel any need for social restraint before blurting out things that he would never consider saying whilst sober. The internet obviously amplifies this effect because anonymity is by and large, a nearly unavoidable feature of the online experience. Hence, people who are normally good, respectful, and socially aware, may under moments of stressful stimuli, blurt out the most bizarre and heinious things. I'm speculating that the people involved in that other thread were good, average and normally caring people. However, given the stress of the issue (depression suicide), their inexperience in dealing with such things, the deindividualizing effects of the internet, and the ubiquitous element of doubt, this thing was a recipe for disaster from the beginning. I have no doubt, that all the members here are good, average everyday normally caring people too; despite some having said things that they probably didn't mean. But again, they couldn't have helped it any more than that other group could have helped that teen in despair. So, with that in mind, it may be worthwhile if we all took a step back from this sorry event and catch our collective breaths.
